Restoring our mental well-being through breathing (on site + live online)

Die Veranstaltung ist bereits vorbei.

Seminar We can all agree that that which is not experienced is similar to not having existed. In that line, being constantly distracted, we miss out on most of our life. So, the answer, according to the Buddha, is to go back to fundamentals of existence. To our basic reality. During this weekend of teaching and group practice, we will venture into the fundamental teaching of the Buddha on how to calm and tame our mind through a deep, direct, and raw focus on our breathing. We will refer mainly to one of the most celebrated Pali Sutra, Satipathana-sutta. Do Tulku Rinpoche is the Spiritual Director of Arya Tara’s Net, an online community and center for Buddhist studies based in Windeck, Germany. Recognized as the reincarnation of the 5th Raktrul Rinpoche, he received an eleven-year training in Buddhist philosophy, practice and debate at Dzongsar Institute in India. He is appreciated for his learned, interactive, humorous and often unconventional way of communicating Buddhist teachings. Language is English
